Get cool again
Most repairs are done on the first visit, and every repair has a one-year warranty.
What we fix and install
Most of our calls are about AC, because this is Houston. We handle heating too, plus the ducts and the air in between.

Warm air, weak airflow, ice on the lines, or a unit that won't shut off.
New AC systems
Sized with a Manual J load calculation and usually installed in one day.

Heating

Gas and electric heat, ready before the first cold front.
Heat pumps
Repairs and installs for systems that cool in summer and heat in winter.

Picking a new system
Every quote starts with a Manual J load calculation, so the new system is sized for your house instead of copied from the old unit's label. Then you choose from three levels.
| Type | Efficiency | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| Single-stage | 14.3+ SEER2 | Lowest upfront cost. Runs at full power or not at all. |
| Two-stage | About 16 SEER2 | Quieter, with more even temperatures from room to room. |
| Variable-speed | 18+ SEER2 | Removes the most humidity and has the lowest monthly bills. |
Financing available with approved credit.
What customers say
Sample reviewsOur upstairs unit died on a Saturday in August. The tech was here by 3, found a bad capacitor, and the house was cool by dinner. Same price as a weekday.
They told me my 12-year-old system could be fixed for $240 instead of pushing a new one. When it's time to replace it, they'll get the job.
Booked online at 7 in the morning and got a text when he was on the way. He wore shoe covers inside and cleaned up after. Small things, but they matter.

Common questions
Still not sure? Call (713) 555-0142 any time.
How much is a service call?
$89 for the diagnostic visit. If you go ahead with the repair, that $89 comes off the bill. Comfort Plan members don't pay it at all.
Do you charge more for nights or weekends?
No. A repair on Sunday night costs the same as one on Tuesday morning.
Should I repair or replace my AC?
If the system is under about 10 years old and the repair costs far less than a new one, repairing usually makes sense. We price both options and let you decide.
My AC uses R-22. Is that a problem?
R-22 hasn't been made or imported in the US since 2020, so recharging an older system is expensive. If your unit is from before 2010 and needs refrigerant, we'll show you replacement options before you pay for a recharge.
How often should I change my air filter?
Every one to three months for a standard 1-inch filter. During summer, check it every month.
